Absolute Poker is a medium sized poker room, with the action concentrated to holdem (Texas holdem) and the limit games in particular, although the numbers at the no limit tables is steadily increasing.

The Absolute Poker room software is fairly good, with most advanced features, like find player, playing statistics, etc. The software also easily facilitates multi-table play, which makes clearing the bonus easier. The action at the tables is loose, with high view flop percentages at the lower stakes tables. Long-handed tables seat nine players instead of the more usual ten.

Absolute Poker is currently not a member of any network and so has no shared player database to boost traffic. Even so, traffic numbers are as high at Absolute Poker as at most network poker rooms, and it is fairly easy to get a game at most stakes levels, as player numbers can reach 15,000 at peak hours.
